Searching for real estate team leader jobs in Gurgaon? White Collar Realty is hiring a Team Leader to run a luxury real estate sales team day to day -- driving performance through coaching, call and site-visit quality reviews, pipeline reviews and hands-on closing support, with daily reporting to the Sales Manager. This is a Gurgaon-based, full-time leadership role for experienced real estate professionals only. What You'll Do
- Run daily standups and end-of-day number tracking
- Quality-check calls and site visits in real time
- Join pitches to help close stuck deals
- Coach and onboard new joiners
- Maintain team CRM discipline
- Report progress to the BDM / Sales Manager
What We're Looking For
- Minimum sales experience required
- Real estate experience preferred
- Calling / telesales experience preferred
- Luxury sales experience preferred
- Freshers are not eligible
Experience
Experience: 4+ years in sales, including team-handling
