Senior Sales Executive – Gurgaon Team

White Collar Realty is hiring a Senior Sales Executive in Gurgaon to manage qualified opportunities and premium clients in luxury and ultra-luxury real estate. You will lead negotiations, conduct premium site visits and consultations, assist closures and mentor junior team members across the Gurgaon and Delhi NCR market. This is a Gurgaon-based, full-time role for an experienced closer. Experience in real estate or high-ticket sales is required. If you have a proven record with HNI, NRI and investor clients and want to step up into premium deal-making and mentoring, this is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Own a personal monthly bookings target and pipeline
  • Close mid-to-large ticket property deals end to end
  • Mentor junior executives on pitch and objection handling
  • Conduct premium site visits and developer meetings
  • Negotiate pricing, inventory and payment plans
  • Keep the CRM and personal forecast accurate

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum sales experience required
  • Real estate experience preferred
  • Calling / telesales experience preferred
  • Luxury sales experience preferred
  • Freshers are not eligible

Experience

Experience: 3+ years in real estate or high-ticket sales
