HR Intern
Looking for an HR internship in Gurgaon? White Collar Realty offers a hands-on HR internship covering the full recruitment workflow -- candidate sourcing, screening and shortlisting, interview coordination and day-to-day recruitment support -- with a fast-growing luxury real estate brand. You learn on live hiring, not theory. This is an unpaid internship, open to students and freshers, and can be done online or offline. Durations are flexible (2, 3 or 6 months). Every intern who completes the program receives a Certificate of Completion, and there is a performance-based PPO (pre-placement offer) opportunity for standout interns.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates and run first-round screening calls
- Help with employee engagement events and surveys
- Maintain HR documentation and onboarding kits
- Build HR dashboards in Excel / Google Sheets
What We're Looking For
- Final year MBA HR or just-completed graduate
- Strong English, eager to learn
- Available for full-day, 5 days a week
