What does an HR Intern do at White Collar Realty?
You learn end-to-end recruitment with a fast-growing luxury real estate brand -- sourcing candidates, screening and shortlisting profiles, coordinating interviews and supporting day-to-day recruitment. You work on live hiring across sales, marketing and operations rather than textbook HR exercises.
Do I need to be an HR or MBA student to apply?
No. While HR and MBA-HR students are welcome, we are open to students and freshers from any background who have good communication and genuine interest in people and hiring. A learning mindset matters more than a specific degree.
Can final-year students and freshers apply?
Yes. The HR internship is open to students and freshers. If you are organised, reliable and enjoy talking to people, you can apply regardless of how much prior experience you have.
Is the HR internship paid?
No, it is an unpaid internship. The value is hands-on recruitment exposure, a Certificate of Completion, a possible pre-placement offer, and a free shuttle to the metro. It is designed to give you real HR experience, not a stipend.
Is a PPO available after the HR internship?
A pre-placement offer is possible on merit. High-performing interns may be considered for PPO opportunities based on their performance and business requirements -- it is a genuine opportunity, not a guarantee.
Is this internship work-from-office or remote?
It is a Work-From-Office role at our Gurgaon office. Working with the recruitment team in person, gives you the richest exposure to live hiring.
What is the duration of the HR internship?
It is flexible -- 3 to 6 months -- agreed around your availability and college schedule. Longer durations let you follow candidates through more of the hiring cycle.
What does the day-to-day work look like?
You spend time sourcing candidates across job boards, LinkedIn and referrals, screening profiles and making first-round calls, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. You also help keep recruitment trackers and candidate records tidy.
What tools will I use as an HR intern?
You will use job boards and LinkedIn for sourcing, spreadsheets or a tracker to manage candidates, and email and calendar tools to coordinate interviews. Clear communication matters most, and you will be guided on the specific tools.
Will I actually talk to candidates?
Yes. A big part of the role is real candidate interaction -- screening calls, follow-ups and interview coordination. This is exactly why good communication is important, and it is one of the most valuable skills you build.
Do I need my own laptop?
Having your own laptop is recommended, since sourcing, screening and coordination all happen on it. A reliable setup and internet let you manage candidates and schedules smoothly.
Will I get a mentor during the internship?
Yes. You work alongside the recruitment team and learn how real hiring decisions are made, from sourcing to offer support. You get guidance on screening and coordination rather than being left to figure it out alone.
How is this different from an HR course or certification?
A course teaches HR concepts; here you run live recruitment for a real company and see how sourcing, screening and interviews actually work. You finish with practical recruiting skills and real examples to talk about in future interviews.
What makes a strong HR intern applicant?
Strong communication, reliability, good organisation and genuine curiosity about people stand out. If you are comfortable making calls, following up and keeping things tidy, you will thrive in this role.
Will I learn end-to-end recruitment or just one part?
You get exposure across the workflow -- sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding support -- rather than a single narrow task. That full-cycle view is what makes the internship genuinely useful for an HR career.
Can I claim college credit for this HR internship?
Many colleges accept it toward internship or project credit. We provide a Certificate of Completion and can confirm your work, but check your college requirements in advance so the documentation matches what they need.
How do I apply for the HR Internship?
Apply through the White Collar Realty careers page by completing the application form and attaching your resume. A short note on why you are interested in HR and recruitment strengthens your application.
What is the selection process for the HR internship?
It usually starts with a review of your application, then a short interview focused on your communication and interest in HR. Since the role is people-facing, how clearly and warmly you communicate is important.
When can I start?
Start dates are flexible through the year rather than fixed batches. Once you are selected, we agree a start date that works around your college or availability.
Where is the office and is commuting supported?
The office is on Golf Course Extension Road, Sector 67, Gurugram. We provide a free shuttle to the nearest metro to make the daily commute easier.
