Real Estate Sales Executive – Gurgaon Team
Looking for real estate sales jobs in Gurgaon? White Collar Realty is hiring Sales Executives to handle qualified buyer leads and sell luxury and ultra-luxury homes across Gurgaon and Delhi NCR. You will work with HNI, NRI, investor and CXO clients, present fresh developer inventory, run site visits and move deals forward with full support from a senior sales team. This is a Gurgaon-based, full-time role at our Golf Course Extension Road office. Real estate experience is preferred, but candidates from strong sales backgrounds are also considered. If you are confident on the phone, genuinely enjoy selling and want a clear path to grow in luxury real estate, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Convert qualified leads into site visits and bookings
- Present projects, pricing, layouts and payment plans with confidence
- Handle client follow-ups and objections professionally
- Coordinate and conduct site visits and sample-home walkthroughs
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM
- Build long-term client relationships and referrals
What We're Looking For
- Minimum sales experience required
- Real estate experience preferred
- Calling / telesales experience preferred
- Luxury sales experience preferred
- Freshers are not eligible

Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate sales experience preferred)
