This is a frontline leadership role where you own the team's revenue -- setting strategy, driving forecasting, executing the sales plan and turning ambitious targets into closed deals. You'll work the Gurgaon and Delhi NCR premium property market, advising HNI, NRI and serious investor clients on some of the region's most sought-after addresses. Day to day, you'll guide a high-performing team through performance reviews, support hiring, sharpen the pipeline and keep conversion rates climbing. This is a position for a proven real estate sales professional who wants ownership, visibility and real career growth.
