White Collar Realty is hiring a Real Estate Sales Trainer in Gurgaon to build the skill of our luxury sales floor. You will deliver structured sales training and live coaching, run call evaluations and feedback sessions, train objection handling, run closing workshops and drive continuous sales-process improvement. This is a Gurgaon-based, full-time role. Prior real estate sales training experience is mandatory, along with strong coaching, presentation and call-evaluation skills.
