Business Development Manager (BDM) – Gurgaon Team

White Collar Realty is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) in Gurgaon for our luxury real estate sales operation. You will lead a team, drive business development and new revenue channels, coach the floor and own high-value deal closures across the Gurgaon and Delhi NCR market with HNI, NRI and investor clients. This is a Gurgaon-based, full-time role for experienced real estate professionals only. You should bring a proven track record in real estate sales or team leadership and strong leadership, coaching and pipeline-management skills. If you want ownership of both a team and a number, this is the seat.

What You'll Do

  • Own the pod's monthly bookings target
  • Run morning huddles and live call / site-visit coaching
  • Review pipeline health and forecast daily
  • Partner with marketing on lead quality and flow
  • Step in to close stuck, high-value deals
  • Own pod hiring, onboarding and performance

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum sales experience required
  • Real estate experience preferred
  • Calling / telesales experience preferred
  • Luxury sales experience preferred
  • Freshers are not eligible

Experience

Experience: 5+ years in real estate sales, including 2+ years managing a team
