You will lead a team, drive business development and new revenue channels, coach the floor and own high-value deal closures across the Gurgaon and Delhi NCR market with HNI, NRI and investor clients. This is a Gurgaon-based, full-time role for experienced real estate professionals only. You should bring a proven track record in real estate sales or team leadership and strong leadership, coaching and pipeline-management skills. Experience: 5+ years in real estate sales, including 2+ years managing a team
