AI Research Specialist
White Collar Realty is hiring an AI Research Specialist in Gurgaon to pioneer AI-driven ways of working across a luxury real estate business. In this full-time, in-office role on our AI and Innovation team you'll research AI tools, workflows and automation, then build practical strategies for sales, marketing, recruitment and operations. The position offers a monthly salary of Rs 40,000 to Rs 1,20,000 based on experience. You'll analyse emerging AI trends, create implementation frameworks and SOPs and run generative-AI experiments that move the needle for the business. Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, alongside automation tools, is essential. We welcome candidates with 1 to 8 years of experience who are genuinely curious about applying AI to real-world problems.
