White Collar Realty is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist in Gurgaon to run high-performing paid campaigns for a premium luxury real estate brand. In this full-time, in-office Digital Marketing role you'll plan and manage paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube and LinkedIn to generate qualified property leads, sharpen cost per lead and lift ROAS. The role offers a monthly salary of Rs 40,000 to Rs 1,20,000 based on experience and proven results. You'll manage both Indian and international campaigns, build and optimise remarketing funnels and own the numbers from spend to enquiry quality.
