Performance Marketing Specialist
White Collar Realty is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist in Gurgaon to run high-performing paid campaigns for a premium luxury real estate brand. In this full-time, in-office Digital Marketing role you'll plan and manage paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube and LinkedIn to generate qualified property leads, sharpen cost per lead and lift ROAS. The role offers a monthly salary of Rs 40,000 to Rs 1,20,000 based on experience and proven results. You'll manage both Indian and international campaigns, build and optimise remarketing funnels and own the numbers from spend to enquiry quality. Real estate experience is mandatory and deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads is essential. We're seeking candidates with 3 to 8 years of performance marketing experience who can turn ad budgets into a reliable pipeline of high-intent luxury buyers.
What You'll Do
- Manage Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and other paid campaigns
- Generate qualified real estate leads
- Optimise CPL, ROAS and overall campaign performance
- Manage Indian and international real estate campaigns
- Build audience strategies and remarketing funnels
What We're Looking For
- Real estate experience is mandatory
- Experience running both Indian and international campaigns
- Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
